Aaron’s Presents

Aaron’s Presents gives young kids an opportunity to dream up and carry out a project that benefits others, gaining valuable leadership and project management skills in the process.

Our project was to build a new mobile app from scratch that allows mentors to manage all student data, including information about projects, events, and guardians. The MVP includes: 1) authenticate mentors credentials to allow them into the mobile app to access data, 2) view data for all the students, students’ projects, and mentors within the organization 3) filter data based on the different field tags that Aaron’s Presents mentors find the most helpful 4) approve the student and the student project requests, 5) create instances of Student/Student Projects, 6) view individual student, student project, and mentor profiles that includes all of their basic information (first name, last name, school, organization, etc).

Aaron’s Presents is a registered charitable organization giving young kids an opportunity to dream up and carry out a project that benefits others, gaining valuable leadership and project management skills in the process.
